Funmedia Sp. z o.o. is obligated to activate the subscription within 72 hours of recording the payment. We reserve the right to process personal data in order to realize the payment. The Company will not process personal data for purposes other than verification of the purchase and granting access to the offered services.
It is possible to receive an invoice for the purchased courses. You must send all necessary information (order data, purchaser data, tax ID number, address) within 7 days of the purchase. A 23% VAT rate is included in the price of the courses offered by Business English123.
A complaint can be lodged by the user based on non-performance or misperformance of the services provided by the Company. The complaint must be in written form and should include: telephone and address details, the username and the name of the service, the subject of the complaint, justification. The complaint should be sent by e-mail or traditional mail to the Business English123 address given on the website within 30 days from the occurrence of the subject of complaint. The examination of the complaint will take place within 14 days from receiving the complaint. The response will be sent to the e-mail address given on the complaint. The Company will not be liable for any damage arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, inability to use the website or the incorrect functioning of the service as well as improper use of the service unless the damage is a result of deliberate actions of the Company.
The Civil Code shall apply to all cases not regulated by these terms. The terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the Polish law. If any provision of the agreement is recognised as invalid or ineffective by court decision the remaining provisions remain in force.
